Austin Omogiate
A Bit About Me

Where there's a will — there's a way.

I'm Austin Omogiate, an MBA/MIS candidate at Baylor University with 4+ years of experience leading commercial operations and sales enablement in one of Nigeria's largest retail distribution companies. My career has been defined by connecting strategy to the ground level — whether that means training 410 sales reps on a new platform or restructuring delivery routes to serve 25,000 accounts.

Before business school, I earned a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Benin, which gave me a systems-thinking foundation I carry into every operational challenge. I believe the best leaders are those who can both design the strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute it.

I'm now based in Waco, Texas, expanding my toolkit in data analytics, information systems, and business strategy — with a goal of building scalable, impact-driven solutions at the intersection of business and technology.
