Austin Omogiate is an MBA candidate at Baylor University with close to five years of experience leading strategic projects and operations across the retail distribution and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. His work focuses on operations strategy, digital transformation, and market growth, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.
Prior to Baylor, Austin led strategic projects at Multipro Consumer Products Limited, one of Africa’s largest FMCG distribution companies, where he worked across supply chain, logistics, sales, and technology teams to strengthen distribution networks and support market expansion.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys fun outdoor activities like playing soccer, ping-pong, and pickleball. He also enjoys cooking local Nigerian cuisine and entertaining friends.
